He estado en muchos Acupunturistas pero como esta clínica estaba cerca de mi lugar de trabajo, dediqué intentarlo (¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡NUNCA HABRÍA INTENTADO ESTO … !!!) Ojalá pudiera darle 5 estrellas, pero hay muchas razones para esta calificación:
1- A lo largo de mi cita, ella solo estaba tratando de VENDER SUS PRODUCTOS. Le dije tantas veces que tuve una experiencia muy mala probando medicamentos a base de hierbas y me siento bien usando medicinas occidentales prescritas pero ¡¡oh hombre … !!! ella ni siquiera está escuchando lo que estoy diciendo.
2- Seguía hablándome sobre sus pacientes anteriores y siguió elogiándose a sí misma sin siquiera considerar que estoy allí SOLO POR MI PREOCUPACIÓN … ¡nada más! (Tengo mucho dolor de cabeza después de esta cita)
3- Literalmente perdí mis 2 horas escuchando sus historias. Aunque fui allí como paciente y para ser escuchado.
4- TENER CUIDADO CON LA HIGIENE. VI muchas AGUJAS DE ACUPUNTURA EN LA ALFOMBRA.
5- Le dije que no quería ninguna aguja en el pie, pero ella era muy poco profesional y TERMINÉ CON DOLORES EN MIS PIERNAS.
6- Durante mi tratamiento, dos hombres entraron a la sala justo al lado de la sala de tratamiento y estaban hablando tan fuerte que ni siquiera pude descansar por un momento.
7- ELLA NO ACEPTA LAS TARJETAS (no me informó sobre el efectivo). Ella me dijo que puedo pagarle a través de PayPal. Cuando le pagué la cantidad dada COMENTADA POR ELLA a través de PayPal, me envió un mensaje de texto que le cobró $ 2.19 por pagar a través de PayPal y ahora tengo que volver a pagarle $ 2.19 en efectivo por la horrible experiencia .. !! Debería haber mencionado los cargos del servicio antes.
8- Cuando descubrió que no volvería, se negó a reclamar a mi compañía de seguros. Actitud altamente poco profesional.
Espero que aprenda pronto a tratar con un paciente.

I have been to many Acupunturist but as this clinic was close to my workplace, I dediced to give it a try (I WISH I HAVE NEVER TRIED THIS..!!! ) I wish I can give it 5 stars but there are many reasons for this rating:
1- Throughout during my appointment, she was just trying to SELL HER PRODUCTS. I told her so many times that I had a very bad experience trying herbal medication and I am feeling good using prescribed western medicines but oh man..!!! she is not even listening what am I saying.
2- She kept telling me about her previous patients and kept praising herself without even considering that I am there JUST FOR MY CONCERN.. nothing else!! (I got much severe headache after this appointment)
3- I literally wasted my 2 hours listening to her stories. Though I went there as a patient and to be heard.
4- BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE HYGIENE. I SAW MANY ACUPUNCTURE NEEDLES ON THE CARPET.
5- I told her that I do not want any needle in my foot but she was highly unprofessional and I ENDED UP HAVING PAINS IN MY LEGS.
6- During my treatment, two men came in the room right next to the treatment room and they were talking so loudly that I could not even rest for a moment!!
7- SHE DOES NOT ACCEPT CARDS (she did not inform me about cash). She told me that I can pay her via PayPal. When I paid her the given amount TOLD BY HER via paypal, she texted me that she was charged $2.19 for paying via PayPal and now I have to go back again to pay her $2.19 in cash for the horrible experience..!! She should have mentioned the service charges before.
8- When she found out that I won$0027t come back, she refused to claim to my insurance company. Highly unprofessional attitude.
I hope she learns soon how to deal with a patient.
