As a health professional, I know what to look for in a great health care facility. I$0027ve never had Acupuncture and was referred by Kaiser. Right away, I liked how I was able to just go to the website and read all about acupuncture and what to expect. I loved how I was then able to book my first new patient appointment right on the website without contacting the facility (I$0027m sort of an introvert when it comes to that stuff LOL)
The office has the perfect relaxing vibe. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. And the Doctor has a great passion for his profession, so of course, is just AMAZING at what he does.
So big question does it work. Yes, my first appt, right then and there he relieved my lower back pain. And since this 3rd appointment, I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in months without any pain.
Definitely recommend this place to all.

I had my first visit four days ago with Shaheed Abdullah and go back tomorrow. I have been told for years to try acupuncture for my pain issue Ive ( bad TMJ ) . I am kicking myself for not going sooner. I have to say Shaheed Abdullah was very comforting way of carrying himself which put me at ease. He explained what he was going to do before doing it. I didnt feel much discomfort and what I did wasnt unbearable especially compared to the misery of every day. The discomfort lasted less then 10-20 seconds if even that. I did have some pain relief and will continue to go. First three weeks I will be going in twice a week but eventually we can spread out the visits farther apart.

Ive been dealing with a neck issue for 9 months. Ive had x-rays, pain killers, and plenty of physical therapy and zero improvement. After ONE SESSION of acupuncture, my neck feels significantly better. And on top of that, it was so relaxing! Definitely doing this for the rest of my life!!!
