Heather is nothing short of amazing. I went to a wonderful acupuncturist over 20 years ago for help with migraines and had great success. When we moved from the Bay Area up to the foothills, I tried for years to find an acupuncturist. I went to Grass Valley, Nevada City, and Folsom over the years and just never found a really good fituntil Dr. Bird.

I highly recommend Dr. Heather Bird, she truly has a gift and valuable connection to healing energy that she infuses into her patients. Ive been dealing with nerve damage and associated pain since 2015, and while Ive been seeing Heather, shes really helped with the pain as well as my ability to focus and flow pure energy to the area where Im hurting. And by doing so, the pain has dissipated and Im getting more range of motion, even when doctors said it would not be possible. Plus, Heather is an awesome person, always full of joy and light! 🙂 Id highly recommend Heathers services to anyone who wants to experience positive change.

One example is I tested positive with GB strep when I was 37 weeks pregnant and she helped put together a 2 week protocol with food, probiotics, and some other things. I tested negative at week 39 so didn$0027t need antibiotics during labor! She$0027s awesome! My son loves her too.

I had my first session with her without needles due to my needle fear, and holy moly, I was a different person when I walked out the door. I was almost frustrated by the fact that I had tried so many other methods of healing like talk therapy and medication without results… but one session with heather had my life turned around 180 degrees. I wish I had met her sooner, but none the less she came into my life at the perfect time and gave me that gentle nudge of hope and support I needed to be the best version of myself.
